DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Elite Dezign Studio. We appreciate your support and want you to have a positive experience with your purchase.

All Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once your purchase has been completed and the digital product has been made available for download or access, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Elite Dezign Studio, including but not limited to digital templates, editable designs, PNG files, SVG files, printable files, digital artwork, crafting templates, and other downloadable products.

Please Review Before Purchasing

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product description, file type, dimensions, software requirements, and other product details before completing a purchase. Please make sure the product is compatible with the software, equipment, or platform you intend to use.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or accessed, a change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of software compatibility, or inability to use the product does not qualify for a refund.

Problems With Your Files

We want you to receive exactly what you purchased. If you experience difficulty downloading your files, receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or believe you received the incorrect file, please contact Elite Dezigns Studio for assistance.

When appropriate, we will work with you to provide access to the correct or functional version of the purchased file.

Digital Product Usage

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the original design or intellectual property unless specifically stated in the product listing. Any personal-use or commercial-use permissions and restrictions included with the product remain applicable after purchase.

Agreement to This Policy

By purchasing and downloading a digital product from Elite Dezign Studio, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Digital Product Refund Policy and understand that your purchase becomes non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
